frozen yogurt with a hint of randomness

this one goes to You
Once upon a time
We ran upon a rhyme
And I saw this one girl that I know I know
At the green light she was on the go
Later in life she was at a fork in the road
Said she's been thinking
And contemplating her own
She wanted to quit
And leave her story untold
But I made her sit
And listen to let this lesson unfold

She stopped me at the stop sign
Shes a "one of a kind"
Shes one of my kind
But shes not the one that you've got in mind
Shes the one that
Inspired me to all of this business
Made these days, these times
Full with busyness
And because of this
I don't spend my days
Like I used to before
All these blessings and praise
Everything for a reason is made
These moments we to cherish together
Life is a gift, a new-found treasure
And living has become a new-found pleasure
It's no longer a chore—
Getting through the times
Because she opened up my eyes
Past a world full of strife
A shifted mentality
A new-found reality
I found her, lost
But she helped me through fatality
And conquering my vanities
A contrasting new perspective,
I never could have saw this.
An everlasting new process
"Don't worry, He's got us"

And now I try to look
With a different grain of salt
I add that grain of salt
Because of her positive fault
No matter what they say
No matter what we're called
We're one at the heart

Though we may stand separate

They can't tear us apart
We'll never be alone
Cherish what you have
Because you'll never know til its gone.

So...on to the good stuff.
My report card came in.

I'm not complaining. Haha.!

FARMER BOY's fish&chips. it was good.

Food that Manie brought me. [THANK YOU]
dim sum in chemistry.

jello straws...yum.

It fell on the ground...now it's chilling on the dump sink in chemistry.

currently craving: frozen yogurt
Yogurtland sounds really good right now.
Not too much, but just enough to satisfy this want.

I like to eat, eat, eat—burgers and drink fanta.
I like to oat, oat, oat—cocoa and eat froyo.
I like to ite, ite, ite—ice cream and eat french fries.
I like to eep, eep, eep—linguini and paninis.

wooh. it took me a while to think of something for "oat" besides "oats"

Math test tomorrow...Better get crackin' after last FAiL.

And a little word for the Valentines Day that passed...
This would be how I celebrate Valentines Day.

mmmm...food.

On the Back of the White Whale.

I never really posted on Mid - Winter retreat...

I think I'll have to postpone that even longer.
ahah woops.

Okay, so.
Well me and Nicky went to a party today. We were riding in his white Honda Odyssey, aka
"The White Whale"
and we didn't make it to the party on-time, but at least we didn't get too lost. And despite the fact that we didn't exactly know where we were going and it was in a pretty sketch neighborhood and all it was fun but we did joke a lot around about the fact.
Well the party was chill and the food was tasty, but I was tired like a mother. I asked Nicky for the keys to The White Whale and took a nap...after about half an hour, Steve Y. and Nicky came to blast some music from the car. After they left, I knocked out but woke up several times because of the people across the street at the park. I checked my cell phone and it was 10:22pm. Around 11:30pm, I hear a knocking on the glass which startles me and wakes me up. It's just Nicky. We head out but right as we're about to leave, a whole line of cars pull out of the park...
Oh and, I'm leaving a lot of details out, because half of the fun were the racist jokes me and Nicky were making...but I won't mention them...I'll leave you to your imagination...Because I don't want to get shot.
Anyways. To make a long story short. We made a short trip long. What was supposed to be a 13 mile and 20 minute trip, turned into a 25 mile and 90 minute trip.
We got onto the free way but the I-110 N was cut off to all lanes except one to exit the same off ramp that we had gotten off of to go to the party, and just before we would merge to the I-10 W to Santa Monica. FRiCK. So not only did we have a huge detour, we had snail traffic. For a couple of miles I could have sworn we were going 0.2 mph. I could have gotten out and walked faster than the cars on the freeway.
Oh and, we recorded like half of our adventure via camera which then ran out of batteries, and then to phone which then ran out of memory. I might post those somewhere, maybe. Idk.
We did a lot of stupid crap. Aha. We did more than just rolling the windows down and blasting music. Psh. haha. Let's just say we got a lot of looks from people.
We ended up taking Venice all the way back home...And I'm too tired to mention everything else.
We got back safe and sound without being brutally murdered then raped or brutally raped then murdered and I came home with all the stuff I came with so its all good.
HAHAHAHAHHA.
Uh...yeah. Well it was getting late to be out driving and ishh for me to be hanging out with Nicky in The White Whale...so you can imagine...I was getting a little bit...how should I say...loopy? But it's not like i was smoking...it was more as if I had taken a little too much Benadryl, except not. Haha.

Well...good times...good times.

I'm about to knock out.

New EATS! FREE Korean BBQ & NEW Froyo.

i'm feeling a bit...colorFUL. heh.

Remember the Lakers vs Cavaliers game bet?

Well the wednesday Bible Study group went out to Ma Po Korean BBQ for AYCE meat. After rounding everyone up, we left in two cars: Blane's and Patrick's...It took forever to find this "Ma Po" and on the way into this sketchy neighborhood, there was some sort of car accident...idk what happened but I just saw these people gathered around a body laying on the ground...Seemed pretty tragic. Shoot though...haha. Uh...anyways. We finally got there, and I guess that I am just spoiled with Tahoe Galbi and Manna, but this place wasn't anything special. The chadol was fairly lean which was good, the beef tongue was decent and the marinated beef wasn't bad, but it wasn't anything special. Not to mention that there was no bulgogi and or kalbi. :/ The service was slow even though the restaurant was pretty much empty and you had to tell them about 30 times before they actually did anything. Oh yeah, and the waitresses started giving us the "more meat!?" attitude by the second order. Who do they think they're serving here? We got like 10 hungry faces to feed. BRING IT.
Hm...Question. Do I look korean? I only ask because the lady asked me if I was korean. I have heard that I can pass as PART korean or something...but maybe it was just because I asked for "chadol" instead of "brisket"
Oh well. I didn't have to pay the $15.99, so I'm going to stop complaining.

We finally got there...WOOh-oooh.

Of course I didn't bother with the banchan.

chyeahhh sonn. i love it.

we're cool.

dawg paid for my dinner.

Froyo. Twist vs Yogurtland
After coming home from school, I noticed that my mother and father had a small little "talk". Honestly, I was a bit afraid, because when they have their private little talks, I usually assume conspiracy. To my relief, when it came time that they would announce what it was they discussed, they declared that we would go to some new frozen yogurt place tonight called "Twist". A rare act of benevolence? Quite so. And we had a coupon or something. WOoohhoo.
So we drove over to this place and finding parking was a pain (there was some car drama), but when we got there I was pleasantly surprised. There were more flavors than I had expected, definitely more toppings than I had expected and the service was quite friendly...
Conclusion? Twist is officially CFA. What, you may ask, does this stand for?
Chew Family Approved.

Blueberry, pineapple, strawberry and coconut flavored mochi. This is all good, but my question is this:
WHERE THE FRiCK IS THE ORiG!NAL!?!?

Told you the service was friendly...

Chew Family Approved

How does it compare to Yogurtland?, you may ask.
- Twist has a wider selection of toppings, including FLAVORED mochi. HOWEVER. They DiD NOT HAVE ORiGIN!AL FLAVORED mochi...Sort of disappointing :/
- Twist is $0.33 an ounce, as opposed to Yogurtland at $0.30 an ounce.
- Yogurtland gave me a free shirt after $10 of yogurt was purchased (February only)
- Ambiance and staff friendliness were about equal.
- Management and organization seemed a tad "unprofessional", despite their friendliness. (Signs were hand written, etc.)
- I did appreciate the fact that Twist had lots of space to sit and move around. I did not have to squeeze around trying to get yogurt.
- Yogurtland has cooler spoons.
- Both provides sample taster cups.

Which is better? That's up for you to decide. TRY TWiST.

Haha. When I was taking pictures at Twist, my parents were laughing at the fact that I was taking a copious amount of, and any pictures at all. Oh well, they'll have to get used to it...eventually.

All this talk of food is really getting me hungry...
I think I'm going to eat real fast or something. I'm feeling very hungry and tired right now.

Again, I HAVE THE NEED TO FEED.
